Will I have to count calories?
Answer:
No, the guidelines are very simple. You eat protein (meat, fish, cheese, and eggs) with all meals, in addition to vegetables and fruit. Fats and starches are kept to a minimum, and you avoid sugar. "Protein Shakes" are usually unnecessary.
